• Lead the full sales process from start to finish, from lead qualification to contract signing with clients, including but not limited to presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations. • Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand the corporate customer base, including through engagement on social media (LinkedIn). • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and key decision-makers. • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' needs and providing customized solutions to meet their objectives. • Monitor industry trends, market conditions and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities. • Provide market feedback to the Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to improve the company's offerings and market positioning. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences for networking and brand promotion. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field. • Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales. • Experience with cybersecurity and/or GRC-related products. • Experience selling to and/or influencing senior executives. • Targets-driven with strong negotiation, persuasion and influence skills to engage senior executives. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think strategically. • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar). • Experience with MS Office/Excel, Google Workspace, Notion. • Available to work on-site 2 days per week in the São Paulo metropolitan area. • Ability to travel as required to support events and meet with the team. • Portuguese - Fluent. • English - Fluent.
