• Seu dia a dia será focado em geração e desenvolvimento de negócios: • Realizar planejamento de território e contas estratégicas • Atuar na prospecção ativa (hunter) via social selling (LinkedIn/Sales Navigator), cold email e cold call • Desenvolver oportunidades tanto em novos clientes quanto na base existente • Conduzir reuniões de entendimento de negócio e identificar demandas alinhadas ao portfólio de dados & analytics • Apresentar soluções de forma consultiva, conectando tecnologia às dores do cliente • Gerenciar o ciclo completo de vendas (end-to-end), da prospecção ao fechamento • Construir propostas comerciais e conduzir negociações • Atuar em conjunto com times técnicos e parceiros para desenvolvimento das soluções • Manter e evoluir o pipeline no CRM • Apresentar forecast e pipeline para liderança • Desenvolver relacionamento com stakeholders de nível executivo (C-Level) • Acompanhar tendências, produtos e novidades do mercado
• Experiência com vendas consultivas B2B em tecnologia (software/serviços de TI) • Vivência com prospecção ativa e geração de novas oportunidades (hunter) • Experiência em vendas de alto valor agregado para grandes contas • Capacidade de conduzir conversas com áreas de negócio e tecnologia (CIO, CDO, CFO, etc.) • Boa comunicação, organização e autonomia • Perfil orientado a resultados e gestão de pipeline • Experiência com soluções de Data & Analytics (BI, Big Data, Cloud) • Vivência com ferramentas como Qlik, Power BI, Tableau • Experiência em consultorias ou empresas de tecnologia • Atuação prévia em segmentos como serviços financeiros, varejo, indústria ou logística • Inglês avançado
