📋 Description

• Strategic and Complex Sales: Manage long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers (Marketing Directors, CEOs, Procurement) and larger agencies. • Globo Ecosystem Evangelism: Sell the full portfolio, including TV (linear and connected) and special projects, positioning Eletromidia as a business partner, not just a media channel. • Account Planning: Develop long-term strategic plans for each client in the portfolio, identifying opportunities to capture share of wallet from other media. • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and consumer trends to proactively propose solutions to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree completed • Experience in consultative advertising sales • Established network with mid-to-large agencies and direct advertisers • Strategic business mindset: ability to discuss ROI, branding and performance with C-level executives • Strong analytical skills to cross-analyze audience data • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
