Description

• Work closely with clients to gather, understand and define business requirements • Own and develop a relationship with clients, working with them to optimize integration • Convert business requirements into development user stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria are defined and understood by the delivery team • Communicate key insights and findings to the project team • Work closely with the project team to ensure requirements are understood • Maintain the project requirement backlog ensuring complete coverage and prioritization • Help in release planning by identifying gaps and dependencies amongst requirements • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve the monitoring and discovery of issues and deliver better value to the customer • Maintain a Quality mindset and contribute to regular reviews of project team deliverables • Assist with UAT testing

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in Business / Systems Analysis with a degree in IT / Computer Science • Experience being the sole Business Analyst working on a project • Experience working on Software Development projects • Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools • Ability to travel (Post-Pandemic)
