Description

• Looking for extraordinary people to help lead product development as Empower continues to scale • Product leaders are customer-centric, collaborate with other disciplines, and make decisions with an eye towards Empower’s business • Drive strategy, tactics, and delivery timelines for all Empower features and products • Identify opportunities and perspectives on impactful things to build for customers • Focus on developing and launching Empower’s first credit card product • Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Customer Support • Shape the longer-term strategy of the product and roadmap

Requirements

• 5+ years product management or management consulting/investment banking • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Economics) • Strong analytical abilities and comfortable defining and measuring goals consistently • Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction based on customer needs • Get-it-done mindset, resourceful, and hands-on • Address complicated and impactful product & business problems • Experience delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and logical structuring abilities • Comfort with ambiguity and independently problem-solving • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Salary range $150,000 - $205,000 per year
