• 5 - 7 years of experience in SaaS Customer Marketing • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze customer data • Strong written communication and presentation skills • Working knowledge of Excel and data import/export • Experience with CRM and marketing platforms • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Well organized and self-driven • Experience running targeted customer campaigns • Proficiency in Adobe creative suite • Experience with project management tools • Comfortable using HTML and CSS template
