• Take ownership of the Marketing technology stack, including platforms related to Website Analytics, SMS, Direct Mail, WeCom, WeChat, Email and other marketing channels. • Ensure the seamless integration and functionality of marketing systems to support the company's marketing strategies. • Integrate various marketing systems to create a cohesive and efficient marketing technology ecosystem. • Continuously optimize system workflows and processes to enhance overall marketing efficiency. • Implement and oversee data management practices to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations. • Administer and configure marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Braze, and Sendgrid to support SMS and other messaging campaigns. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns. • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. • Proven experience in marketing operations and managing systems for companies heavily utilizing SMS, Direct Mail, WeChat, or other messaging platforms. • Strong technical acumen with proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and messaging technologies such as Hubspot, Braze, Salesforce, Sendgrid, Google Analytics. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to SMS and messaging marketing. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
