Description

• Collaborate with team members to identify Leasing Center training needs and objectives. • Develop, edit, and review course content as required, and aid in the creation of Leasing Center training materials. • Assess the effectiveness of training materials and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance data. • Assist in the evaluation and selection of appropriate training technologies and tools. • Monitor industry trends and best practices in leasing, property management and training to ensure up-to-date and relevant content in the Learning Management System (Docebo). • Provide ongoing support and resources to front line employees that reinforce protocols and procedures. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training initiatives into broader organizational goals. • Exercise high-level of organization and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Familiarity with content creation and experience developing training materials. • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in the Google Suite of business products (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel). • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
