Description

• Content creation and production: Assist with developing high-quality technical, engaging content across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, podcasts, and website content; build creative assets in Canva; proofread to ensure content meets brand guidelines • Content management: Maintain our internal library of marketing resources as well as upload content and support asset management in CMS • Project management: Manage multiple tasks with cross-functional partners, ensuring projects are completed on time and in an efficient manner • Research support: Maintain repositories of customer quotes and first- and third-party report stats; assist with research projects as needed; explore new ways to distribute content to our target audience organically; stay up to date with industry news to help generate ideas for content development • Analytics and optimization: Monitor content KPI metrics and leverage insights to refine and improve engagement, traffic, and conversion rates across blogs, case studies, and ebooks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing in the tech industry • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Self-starter and creative thinker who is always looking to improve upon existing processes and ways of working
