âą Research and identify target companies across technology, SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, and software industries âą Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other sales intelligence platforms âą Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other prospecting channels âą Develop personalized outreach tailored to each prospect's business and hiring needs âą Qualify prospective clients based on hiring needs, urgency, budget, and overall fit âą Schedule qualified discovery meetings for company leadership âą Maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up âą Track outreach activities and continuously improve conversion performance âą Maintain accurate CRM records, including contacts, activities, notes, and next steps âą Keep sales pipelines organized and up to date âą Monitor outreach metrics and campaign performance âą Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to align client demand with talent availability âą Help refine messaging, outbound sequences, and sales processes âą Identify market trends and new business opportunities âą Leverage AI tools to improve research, personalization, productivity, and outbound efficiency âą Represent the company professionally in every client interaction
âą Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales Development, Recruiting Sales, Staffing, SaaS Sales, or a similar outbound sales role âą Proven success booking meetings with founders, executives, department leaders, or hiring managers âą Strong consultative selling and prospecting skills âą Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar sales platforms âą Excellent written and verbal communication skills âą Advanced English (C1) required âą Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline âą Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally âą Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment âą Availability during U.S. business hours
