📋 Description

• Analyze the requirements and business processes of prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle • Develop tailored solutions and customized adaptations for business processes • Conduct initial consultations and demonstrate the benefits and process improvements offered by the solutions • Support sales colleagues in preparing proposals by providing technical details and calculations • Ensure a holistic and consistent perspective at the interfaces between Sales, Product Management, Development, and Customer Service • Plan and conduct product presentations, system demonstrations, workshops, webinars, and proofs of concept • Serve as the point of contact for technical and functional questions relating to products and services during the sales process • Represent the company and its solutions at trade fairs, industry events, and online portals • Actively contribute to market and sales strategies • Advise customers on ERP solutions for the fashion, textile, and lifestyle industries

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience required • Experience in a technical sales role at an IT service provider or in an IT-related function at a fashion company • Knowledge of industry-specific ERP requirements in the fashion industry • Ability to explain complex technical and process-related matters clearly and demonstrate their added value • Educational background in IT, textiles, or IT sales • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Strong customer focus • Problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel occasionally
