• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fleet services, transportation, diesel repair, or related industries • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing long-term client contracts • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a regional territory • Willingness to travel throughout the San Antonio, Denver, and surrounding Western U.S. areas • Proficient in using CRM platforms for sales tracking and reporting
