• Source CEO-level talent across Eastern Europe • Identify and assess relevant executive profiles • Manage and maintain the CEO talent pipeline • Support the selection process • Conduct candidate screening and interviews • Maintain structured candidate information and follow-up
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in Psychology (mandatory) • Fluent English (mandatory) • Based in Poland • Strong interest in talent identification and executive recruitment • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
