Description

• Identify and own any gaps in the business today, stepping in as functional lead when necessary (e.g., finance and operations) • Own our finance function and partner with our Accounting team to maintain our financial model, conduct monthly financial reviews, and approve budget and expenses • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define and track company-wide OKRs, as well as facilitate company-wide planning and review meetings • Support the CEO with board relations, including board meeting prep and investor updates • Support the CEO on high priority, special projects as they arise • In partnership with the CEO’s Executive Assistant, support day-to-day operational administrative tasks that need attention

Requirements

• 4+ years in venture capital, management consulting, or investment banking • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS financial planning and analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
