• Manage a portfolio of mid-market professional services and compliance clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. • Own renewal cycles and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business. • Conduct regular business reviews to surface evolving workflow and compliance challenges, aligning our SaaS solutions to clients' changing needs. • Maintain and deepen relationships across stakeholder layers including Managing Partners, IT/Security leads, and Finance Directors. • Maintain accurate account records and renewal forecasts in CRM using a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDICC).
• 3–7+ years in B2B SaaS with 2+ years specifically in account management, customer success, or renewal-focused roles. • Experience selling into or managing accounts within financial services, professional services, or regulated industries. • A track record of hitting net revenue retention (NRR) targets through expansion and renewal — not just satisfaction scores. • Comfortable managing complex organisations and aligning multiple decision-makers to outcomes. • Disciplined CRM habits and a structured approach to account planning and forecasting.
