Description
• Ability to research and Identify machine parts and components • Quickly to respond to inbound sales leads/ phone calls • Ability to obtain and prepare parts quotes • Prepare orders for internal and external customers • Confirm order/invoice accuracy • Build and expand relationships for parts sales for internal and external customers • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% customer satisfaction • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests and complaints • Help with the buildout/expansion of our Product catalog
Requirements
• Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry a plus • Knowledge of excel the use of spreadsheets • Must possess exceptional customer service, organization and time management and communication skills • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
