Description

• Create and/or maintain monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting package • Analysis and reporting of actual results vs budget, forecasts, prior periods • Strategic alignment with department heads for the preparation of budgets and forecasts • Update a rolling forecast monthly to align with the overall budget strategy or new, known variables that would impact the yearly plan • Maintain and amend revenue model that incorporates pharmacy mix, operational metrics, and known variables to properly forecast revenue on an ongoing basis • Develop KPI reporting for Pharmacies, clients, and Equiscript • Develop ROI models to justify large expenditures and projects • Ensure that long-range business plan targets and milestones are on track • Create & maintain a cash flow forecast to determine cash availability and needs • Ad-hoc analysis as needed by management • Additional financial duties as necessary

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a FP&A role or position-related field • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required • Experience and proficient PC skills (Outlook, Microsoft Apps, web-based programs, Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred, excel) • Work with ERP systems a plus - Equiscript currently uses NetSuite • Work with integrated reporting systems a must (e.g. Hyperion, Equiscript currently uses Solution 7 that integrates Excel with NetSuite) • Knowledge in writing SQL queries a plus • Pharmacy / Specialty Pharmacy experience a plus • 340B knowledge from health center, pharmacy, administrator, or consulting a plus
