• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team
• 4-6 years product management or product owner experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines / technologies / processes related to the position as well as 3-5 years working in an agile environment on complex projects • Strong analytical skills and innovative thinking • Demonstrated experience working on large integration systems and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation • Experience coordinating multiple teams in a technological environment • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing and explaining technical and project related information to customers, vendors, senior management and staff • Strong knowledge and experience in software development in an agile environment and lean process management • Must be able to work with people at all levels of the organization, including outside consultants and vendors and influence others without formal authority • Good organizational and time management skills • Ability to coordinate and influence prioritization of multiple organizational priorities simultaneously • Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment • Demonstrated knowledge of product management/product discipline • Demonstrated leadership effectiveness engaging delivery teams, customers, and other stakeholders to support business objectives and develop overall product management capability (people, process, product) • Organized and detail oriented • A self-starter with the ability to work independently with a proactive mindset • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues with a bias towards action • Ability to oversee cross-site, cross-functional teams • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
• Maintain the team roadmap and backlog and regularly review prioritization based on emerging needs and new learnings • Interface with Federal customers, end users, and Human-centered Design (HCD) researchers to identify and validate user and business needs. • Prepare for and Participate in Quarterly (PI) Planning • Support and lead Agile ceremonies (including planning, refinement, retrospectives, and standups) • Provide operational, tactical, and strategic inputs to accomplish program goals, meet planned deliverables, and exceed user satisfaction. • Drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity • Provide proactive and open communication across the program and stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress and impediments • Constantly refine and stay current with emerging themes in larger Medicare policy and data communities
