📋 Description

• You conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process • You coordinate interviews, keep all relevant stakeholders informed, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations • You support active sourcing and identify suitable talent for our open roles • You maintain our applicant tracking system and ensure information is accurately documented and processes are reliably followed • You take responsibility for smaller projects and contribute ideas to optimize our recruiting processes • You work closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• You have some hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or a comparable environment • You work in a structured way, keep an overview even when handling multiple parallel topics, and set priorities sensibly • You approach tasks proactively, take ownership, and do not wait for tasks to be assigned • You quickly learn new topics, tools, and processes and enjoy developing your skills • You communicate confidently and professionally in German and English • You thrive in a dynamic environment and can adapt flexibly to change
