📋 Description

• Manage and grow existing Residential Aged Care and Home Care customer accounts • Develop relationships with facility managers, clinical teams, procurement stakeholders, distributors, and service providers • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities within the territory • Conduct customer reviews and support contract renewals and pricing discussions • Deliver product training, clinical education, and customer workshops • Expand adoption of TENA and Essity solutions across continence care, skincare, wound care, and professional hygiene • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and territory growth plan • Collaborate with Clinical Support, Marketing, and Sales teams • Build partnerships and grow the TENA business across Residential Aged Care and Home Care customers • Improve outcomes for providers and the people they care for

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in account management, territory management, business development, sales, healthcare, aged care, allied health, nursing, or another customer-facing role where building relationships and influencing outcomes are key • Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills • Commercial acumen and confidence discussing value, pricing, and customer outcomes • Excellent presentation, education, and training capabilities • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office • Proactive approach and ability to manage the territory effectively • Current Australian driver's licence and access to own vehicle • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
