• We are seeking a Business Development / Sales Executive for the Tork Hygiene Professional line to build and maintain healthy, professional customer relationships and achieve sales targets • Generate demand by closing new end customers and/or developing indirect customers; implement monthly Joint Business Plans (JBP) with distributors • In the distribution channel, this professional must be highly proficient in data analysis to plan, provide training, support field visits, and control distributor sales to ensure execution of the Strategic Business Plan and regional growth • As a direct salesperson, this professional should focus on prospecting new customers, conducting consumption trials, and closing new business • Must maintain a frequent field schedule to ensure the correct customer approach aligned with Tork and Essity values
• Bachelor's degree • Valid driver's license (Category B) • Proven experience in outside/field sales • Experience in Professional Hygiene is a plus • Knowledge of the B2B market, with at least 5 years of experience in the institutional market (industries, hospitality, hospitals, offices, catering, etc.) • Experience in developing value-added products • Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and S&OP spreadsheets • Functional and administrative competencies • Understand that 40% of the time is focused on administrative processes and 60% on prospecting and commercial activities • Availability to travel
