• Lead the commercial strategy for your accounts: annual plans, negotiations, tenders and profitable growth • Develop competitive and innovative private-label (MDD) offers in close collaboration with Trade Marketing, Quality, R&D and Manufacturing teams • Orchestrate industrial projects end-to-end: specifications, feasibility studies, cost optimization and product launches • Ensure operational excellence on the customer side: supply reliability, production coordination and risk management • Analyze business performance and activate levers for growth and profitability • Represent the customer's voice internally and align teams around business priorities
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as a National Key Account Manager / National Key Accounts Lead • Proven experience in GMS (large-scale retail / supermarkets), ideally with private-label (MDD) products • Comfortable working in structured and demanding environments • Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without formal authority • Analytical mindset, results-oriented with a strong customer focus • Fluent in English
