📋 Description

• Lead people & culture initiatives aligned with the broader people strategy • Coach and develop employees at all levels to build leadership capability • Advise on complex and sensitive investigations • Interpret and apply industrial instruments • Drive transformational change and collaborate on projects to embed People & Culture initiatives into operations • Build strong and trusted stakeholder relationships throughout the region and central services teams • Partner with key stakeholders using an adaptable style • Facilitate creative and interactive workshops, training and education for home-based employees at all levels

🎯 Requirements

• Breadth of generalist HR experience • Demonstrated application of partnering skills in a P&C/HR Business Partner role • Experience working in a shared service model • Demonstrated capability in coaching and developing leaders to create thriving workplace cultures and build autonomy in people leadership • Ability to create positive working relationships and influence across a broad range of stakeholders • Experience delivering change initiatives into the business and supporting leaders implement change • Confidence to facilitate training and leadership workshops • Demonstrated ability in navigating complex ER matters within best practice framework • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment • Ability to travel as operationally required and for team development • Successful completion of required background checks • Current influenza vaccination evidence required during influenza season
