📋 Description

• Temporarily assume responsibility for communications leadership on projects when the incumbent is on vacation or leave • Provide tactical support for highly complex accounts • Help the Consulting team organize schedules and remove operational bottlenecks • Train new team members in the use of RD Station, mLabs, and internal processes • Monitor communications and databases to ensure compliance with the organization and taxonomy defined by management • Document tactical learnings • Keep the Communications Playbook up to date • Turn experience from individual projects into collective intelligence
