📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and selection processes for different areas and positions across the company, including profile alignment with leadership, job advertising, screening, interviews, and feedback. • Support managers in defining candidate profiles and talent attraction strategies. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the process. • Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives within Talent Acquisition and Selection. • Track and monitor department metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. • Experience managing talent acquisition and selection processes across varying levels of complexity. • Knowledge of interview methodologies and competency-based assessment. • Analytical skills and a strategic mindset to propose improvements and solutions. • Preferred: Experience with ATS tools and active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gupy. • Preferred: Experience managing high-volume recruitment. • Preferred: Knowledge of recruitment and selection metrics and KPIs. • Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
