📋 Description

• Screen resumes, invite candidates, and conduct interviews • Post job opportunities on LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal systems • Operate the Pandapé applicant tracking system (ATS) to organize the recruitment workflow • Hold briefing meetings with hiring managers to understand the technical and behavioral requirements of each position • Maintain clear and prompt communication with candidates throughout all stages of the process • Provide positive or negative feedback to candidates • Proactively source professionals in the market for hard-to-fill positions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Previous experience in recruitment and selection • Knowledge of ATS platforms; experience with Pandapé is a plus • Ability to work efficiently • Strong communication skills • Organizational skills • Proactivity • Availability to work during regular business hours • Own laptop or computer with Internet access • High school education listed in the education section • Independent contractor (PJ)
