📋 Description

• Expand and strengthen our resellers and partners ecosystem to increase market presence in Germany by Developing a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets. • Prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads into long-term opportunities. • Securing new customers in segments like Charge Point Operators (CPO), and resellers. • Managing tenders. • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across target industries. • Stay ahead of the market through product expertise and competitor insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. • 3-5yrs experience in the EV sector is a significant advantage, in B2B sales. • Strong experience in winning tenders and/or building partner networks. • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers. • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently. • Language skills: Proficiency in English and German.
