Description

• Primary point of contact with clients to lead project updates and timelines • Recommend features and functionalities to enhance event experience • Run project teams for multiple projects with resourcing and milestone tracking • Inspire and guide internal team members for successful project delivery • Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, Smartsheets, and Slack • Travel to client events as required

Requirements

• 3+ years managing end-to-end projects in the digital space, ideally with mobile experience • Prior experience working with premier clients as a Project or Account Manager • Experience in Agile project management • Led web and/or mobile development projects with six-figure budgets • Track record of leading and motivating internal teams • Tech-savvy with a passion for mobile apps • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving • Quick read of situations and people with soft skills and poise • Highly organized and able to multitask • Willing to handle difficult situations • Nice to have: Scrum Master Certification and/or PMP designation • Nice to have: Computer Science or Information Technology degree • Nice to have: experience using Jira
