• Lead government contracting efforts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and subcontracts with federal, state, and local government agencies • Offer legal counsel on telecommunications law, including regulatory compliance, spectrum licensing, and industry-specific agreements • Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS contracts, licenses, and agreements with commercial clients ensuring they meet legal and business objectives • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to industry-specific regulations and government contract requirements • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the state bar • 5+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on SaaS contracts, telecommunications law, and government contracting • Proven track record of negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts and government agreements • Deep knowledge of telecommunications industry regulations and government procurement laws • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
