Description

• Owning and managing partner-level P&L • Overseeing an Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) • Managing day-to-day operations in an assigned market • Engaging and collaborating with IDT and market partners • Providing direct patient care • Building and maintaining effective communications • Driving continuous practice transformation • Responsible for talent attraction, management, and retention • Optimizing patient visit schedules • Cultivating a culture of high performance • Completing audits on delivery of clinical model • Actively engaging in market/divisional and national meetings • Supporting quality audits and action planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or nursing • Active state nursing license in good standing • Five years’ experience in multi-site healthcare services/direct patient-care businesses • Three years in leadership and management positions • Understanding of and experience in Value Based Care • Knowledge of Business Continuity • Excellence in relationship building, communication, change management, and influencing skills • Strong leadership presence • Execution-focused and hands-on • Motivation and influence skills • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team • Strong business acumen in disease management and population health programs • Organizational skills, operational rigor, resilience, and commitment to the business • Strongly prefer experience in managed care environment and leading clinical function of a Value Based Care organization
