Description

• Support the Product Owner and team through feature conceptualization to end-user hand-off • Apply business analysis techniques to determine true user needs • Develop and translate Product Vision, business goals, and user value • Plan and execute user research activities • Craft effective user stories and support backlog prioritization • Act as the voice of the customer • Decompose features into user stories with detailed acceptance criteria • Build and/or support managing the Product Roadmap • Engage team-members and stakeholders without excessive documentation • Lead and conduct testing such as UAT, functional testing, etc. • Support product adoption, review, and feedback gathering

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in IT or related industry • Ability to work independently and understand customer’s business challenges • Firm grasp of Agile principles and backlog management • Strong facilitation, mapping product functionality to user value • Strong experience in creating user stories and acceptance criteria • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment • Prior consulting and client management experience is a plus • Familiarity with process modeling techniques • Experience with data modeling • Agile and business analysis certifications a plus • Understanding of DevOps Research and Assessment (DORA)
