📋 Description
• Support project management office activities, track project metrics, and assist in reporting. • Maintain project documentation, prepare dashboards, and ensure data accuracy. • Coordinate project governance meetings and provide administrative support to project managers. • Facilitate reporting on the project plan and milestones using the selected Project Management tool. • Assist in identifying and resolving issues or obstacles during project execution. • Support definition of detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. • Drive portfolio-level reporting, dashboards, and metrics for executive decision-making. • Create and implement the financial tracking process.
🎯 Requirements
• +5 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) activities, with proven experience in project governance, reporting, project planning, portfolio management, and financial tracking. • Must already be based in Portugal.
