📋 Description

• Analyze companies’ human resources policies and develop actionable recommendations • Participate in interviews with employee representatives and company management • Support and advise employee representatives on high-stakes projects, including reorganizations, collective redundancy plans and mergers • Advise employee representatives during negotiations of collective agreements, including workforce planning and skills management (GPEC), professional equality and employee savings schemes • Work under the supervision of a chartered accountant and in collaboration with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in human resources, employment law or business • At least 2 years of experience gained in a company or consultancy, in roles such as HR Research Analyst, Social Reporting Controller, Human Resources Officer or HR Consultant • Strong expertise in employee relations • Comfortable analyzing key issues and supporting social dialogue with employee representative bodies, including the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) • Experience managing HR projects and working in an advisory capacity • Excellent analytical, summarization and presentation skills, both written and verbal • Advanced proficiency with office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Autonomous and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team • Strong interest in social and societal issues
