📋 Description
• End-to-end deployment of Global learning courses for EY-Parthenon Portfolio, through multiple delivery channels (webcasts, virtual classroom, physical classroom) and platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.) including participant management, facilitator management, pre-work/post-work, communication. • Source venues and vendors, take care of end-to-end logistics, organize course materials, branding, collateral. • Support Global deployment projects and activities, launch of Global eLearning, Global Assignments across EY. • Monitor consumption, costs and satisfaction for multiple courses and curriculum, provide recommendations for improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrable experience of one or more of the following areas: Learning & Development, Learning Deployment, Learning Administration, Learning Operations, Talent Development, Human Resources, Events Management. • Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects in parallel in an organized and coordinated way.
