📋 Description

• Partner with business and HR stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions • Provide consultative guidance on learning interventions, adult learning methodologies, and sourcing strategies • Manage the full lifecycle of learning program deployment, including budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and quality assurance • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives and company culture • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver consistent and effective learning experiences • Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement • Stay current on learning and development trends and apply best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience applying learning principles and conducting learning needs analysis • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and learning intervention strategies • Proven ability to consult with and influence stakeholders at various levels • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with global or cross-functional teams • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Business and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and contracts
