Description

• Conduct 4-6 virtual member meetings per day to help them achieve their goals by acting as a financial life coach • Foster strong relationships with members remotely by providing a consistent, high-quality member experience with each interaction • Guide members to take action on any appropriate recommendations- – A successful planner will be able to emphasize to our members the importance of our solutions, including investments, being part of their plan if it aligns with their goals • Efficiently and timely respond to member inquiries and requests • Learn and quickly adopt and implement new skills, processes, and technology • Partner with team members to manage operational items including assisting with reviewing member portfolios and recommending investment solutions based on member risk/goals, coordinating member withdrawal needs and tax strategies for assets • Effectively and ruthlessly manage your calendar, time, and other tasks to ensure efficiency

Requirements

• CFP® designation • MST or PST Location only • 3+ years of member facing financial planning experience • Exceptional follow up and typing/written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build connections with members • Flexibility with hours to accommodate member meetings 2 nights per week • Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn in-house software and tools • Exceptional time and calendar management skills – this is one of the biggest keys to success as a Facet planner
