• Provide prompt and courteous customer support primarily through Discord and Telegram platforms. • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and tickets in a timely manner. • Manage and nurture Discord communities, fostering engagement and building relationships with community members. • Act as a direct point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries effectively. • Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all written communications with customers and community members. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address customer needs proactively.
• Previous experience in customer support or community management roles, preferably in a tech-related industry. • Proficiency in using Discord and Telegram as primary communication platforms. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve customer issues efficiently. • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable facing customers directly and maintaining professionalism in all interactions. • Accent or language proficiency is not a requirement, but clear communication is essential.
