• Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our community across social media platforms such as Twitter and Discord, as well as online forums. • Cultivate meaningful relationships with community members, influencers, and partners to foster advocacy and support. • Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and community announcements. • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, user feedback, and market trends to refine growth strategies and optimize performance. • Lead outreach campaigns and initiatives to attract new users and expand our community footprint. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align growth efforts with overall company objectives.
Requirements
• Proven experience in community management, social media management, or growth marketing within the crypto or tech industry. • Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and foster authentic community interactions. • Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms such as Twitter, and community platforms like Discord, to drive engagement and user acquisition. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize strategies. • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a knack for identifying new growth opportunities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges and opportunities.
