• Develop and maintain software features and functionalities for our AI platform, ensuring high performance and reliability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new AI-driven solutions to enhance customer experience and business revenue • Conduct code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards and best practices • Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation of the platform • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into our platform development process • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address technical challenges • Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 2-4 years of experience as a Software Developer, with a focus on TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js • Proven track record of developing and maintaining scalable and reliable software applications • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment • Familiarity with AI technologies and integration with service platforms like ServiceTitan is a plus
