Description

• Ensure the fulfilment of the product vision through team planning and execution • Oversee daily engineering operations to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines • Recruit, mentor, and retain a talented and diverse engineering team • Partner with People Team on employer branding initiatives • Manage the department's budget • Work closely with Engineering Leadership team and report to the Director of Engineering

Requirements

• You have experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture • You have the ability to think critically and anticipate issues • You have excellent judgment • You have led global remote engineering teams • You are able to work across Front End, Backend, Security, and DevOps teams • You have a successful track record in project planning, resource allocation, and ensuring delivery of projects within defined timelines and scopes
