📋 Description

• Independent handling of ongoing financial accounting in accordance with HGB • Execution and management of accounts payable and accounts receivable • Processing and reconciliation of bank transactions and payment operations • Responsibility for fixed asset accounting • Account reconciliations and clearing of open items • Support for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB • Preparation of analyses and reports • Optimization and further development of accounting processes • Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further qualification in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification • At least 4 years of professional experience in accounting • Very good knowledge of HGB and confident use of DATEV • Solid experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable • Solid experience in bank transactions and payment processing • Very good Excel skills, particularly with pivot tables, as well as reporting and data analysis • Experience in fixed asset accounting desirable • Structured, independent and responsible working style • High initiative, reliability and attention to detail • Controlling experience is a plus
