📋 Description

• Manage and organize contracts operationally • Build and maintain a structured and transparent contract repository • Prepare customer contracts and ensure that all information and documents are complete and accurate • Compile and review contract documentation for bank financing, ensuring completeness, consistency, and compliance with internal requirements • Coordinate and process contract amendments, including thorough documentation and version control • Prepare intercompany agreements and coordinate their execution and complete documentation • Monitor deadlines, contract status, and next steps, and involve relevant stakeholders in a timely manner • Process contracts and documents efficiently using AI and modern software • Continuously improve existing processes and systems

🎯 Requirements

• Careful, structured, and reliable working style • A completed degree or vocational qualification, for example in business, finance, business law, or a comparable field, is advantageous but not essential • Initial experience working with contracts, documents, or administrative processes is advantageous • Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly understand complex documents and interrelationships • Interest in and openness to actively using AI tools in day-to-day work • Business-fluent German language skills at a minimum C1 level, both written and spoken
