📋 Description

• Provide customer service by email, phone, or social media to resolve incidents. • Manage incoming calls, chats, and customer service inquiries. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools. • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions or alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. • Engage customers proactively. • Perform parallel work for the Operations Department when incident resolutions are not constant.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions are highly valuable. • Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred. • High Portuguese level (oral & written) and fluent in English • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Solution-oriented and reliable professional. • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills. • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to change. • Decisive and organized. • Candidates must reside in Brazil.
