Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets through automating and streamlining the work of assurance and audit practitioners. You'll have the opportunity to manage some of our engineering teams and help with hiring and building out future teams. You'll also play a key role in shaping our engineering processes and culture.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of total engineering experience, ideally with multiple years spent at B2B SaaS startups or growth-stage companies. • 3-5+ years of management experience, including managing multiple teams and managers. • Working on modern web tech stacks consisting of several of the following: TypeScript, React, GraphQL, NodeJS, Hasura, Redis, Postgres, and AWS. While you may not be coding every day, you should have technical expertise in several of these technologies. • Architecting systems and data pipelines that can handle the ingestion, digitalization, storage, and retrieval of document-heavy data sets, including document processing, search, classification, and LLMs. • DevOps and continuous integration/delivery best practices • Information security best practices • Collaborating on all aspects of product strategy and UX • Helping to shape the direction of the tech stack, product, and engineering organization
