• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing performance measurement strategies across various digital platforms, integrating data science methodologies to enhance insight generation and decision-making • Utilize advanced analytics and data science techniques, such as statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling, to analyze marketing data and predict future trends • Employ analytics platforms (Funnel.io, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) to gather, analyze, and visualize complex datasets, creating actionable insights for campaign optimization • Leverage programming skills in languages such as Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and automation of reporting processes • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize campaign performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into marketing strategies, enhancing customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and marketing analytics technologies and methodologies, applying these innovations to improve marketing outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role, with a significant emphasis on data science applications in marketing • Proficient in analytics and visualization platforms (Funnel.io, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) and experienced with advertising networks (LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic networks) and their APIs • Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or another data science-related language • Expertise in website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar), inclusive of campaign set-up, troubleshooting, and report creation • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the talent to translate complex data into actionable insights
