📋 Description

• Manage scope, process, timelines, and metrics for up to 3 development pods • Remove blockers, resolve conflicts, and facilitate internal team communication and collaboration • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, show and tells, grooming and planning meetings, and daily stand-ups • Build and maintain a productive environment where team members own the product, drive value through outcomes, and enjoy their work • Coach team members and business stakeholders in the chosen agile framework • Guide pods to higher levels of agile maturity • Act as the point of contact for external stakeholder communications • Support product owners with grooming and maintaining the product backlog • Act as a change agent within the team and help pods implement changes effectively • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint • Perform release planning and quarterly agile scorecard reviews • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives • Act as a proxy product owner when the product owner is unavailable • Define the TWA, DoR, and DoD for new teams with minimal guidance • Establish an environment where teams can maximize effectiveness by limiting interruptions and distractions • Facilitate a healthy collaborative relationship between the pod and product owner • Help maintain a safe working environment through conflict resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum relevant 3 to 6 year(s) of experience in a hands-on application development Scrum Master role for more than one agile development pod • B.E., B.Tech. or Masters in Computer Science or related field – or equivalent experience • First Level Scrum master certification (e.g. CSM, PSM) is required • Product Owner, PMI-ACP, and other agile certifications are highly desirable • Familiarity with software development and prioritization methodologies • Mid-level knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, such as definition of done, team working agreement, and acceptance criteria • Good knowledge of Agile frameworks, including pair programming and Kanban • Awareness of Agile techniques like TDD, BDD, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability • Outstanding organizational skills
