Description
• Assist with big-picture forecasting and planning for all campaigns • Manage logistics of full execution of content from kickoff call to launch • Manage creative development for new client launches • Organize and distribute notes received from clients • Organize and house all assets needed for each production • Help track projects and documents across multiple departments • Create and maintain production documents • Schedule meetings and book meeting rooms with the production team
Requirements
• Strong organizational and time management skills • Great attention to detail • 2+ years of previous experience as a project coordinator/manager • Familiarity with all aspects of production • Deadline-oriented • Talent for anticipating needs and being highly proactive • Able to work autonomously and in group settings
