Description

• As a Designer at Flight3, you will be a creative powerhouse responsible for crafting graphic design assets, shaping brand identities, and collaborating closely with the animation and UX/UI teams. This role requires a skilled designer with a keen eye for aesthetics, a good understanding of brand strategy, and a passion for delivering visually stunning and impactful designs across various platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our client's projects and internal initiatives, ensuring they resonate with audiences and drive success.

Requirements

• Demonstrable professional experience as a Graphic or Multidisciplinary Designer, with a focus on brand development and marketing design. • Proven track record of delivering high-quality graphic design assets across various digital and print platforms. • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools, including Figma. • Experience in collaborating with animation and UX/UI teams to deliver cohesive design experiences. • Exceptional graphic design skills, demonstrating a strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail. • Ability to bring creative ideas to life and effectively communicate visual concepts to stakeholders and clients. • Experience in creating visual narratives and storytelling through design elements. • Experience in creating 3D graphics and animations. • Knowledge of Web3 technologies and their integration into design projects. • Previous experience working in a marketing or design agency setting.
