📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts • Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders • Lead client onboarding and project kickoff, confirming scope, timeline, deliverables, and success criteria • Partner with the Project Manager to keep delivery on time, on scope, and aligned with client expectations • Review deliverables against client expectations and flag quality concerns • Own client-facing communication of project status, milestones, and updates • Monitor and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics, including leads, cost per lead, sales, ROI, and campaign performance • Translate data into client-ready narratives and recommend next steps • Identify underperforming areas and provide specific recommendations • Lead client escalations with context and a proposed resolution path • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and build the internal case for Sales • Document internal processes, workflows, and client playbooks • Leverage AI tools to improve client communication, reporting, and account-management efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience at a marketing or digital agency in a client-facing role • Strong command of digital marketing principles and terminology, including paid media, content, creative, and performance metrics • Solid foundation in digital marketing required • Proven track record owning client relationships end to end, from onboarding through retention • Ability to read and interpret campaign performance data and turn it into clear client narratives • Experience coordinating with internal delivery teams and project management tools; Teamwork is a plus • Professional English (C1+) / native-level English, written and verbal • Retention-first mindset with commercial instinct for expansion opportunities • Highly organized and proactive • Comfortable holding internal teams and clients accountable
