• Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting efforts across different channels. • Follow up with inbound leads and guide them through the early stages of the sales funnel. • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to support long-term engagement and conversion. • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, tracking all interactions and follow-ups. • Support sales closing efforts as needed by assisting with prospect qualification and communication.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on prospecting, lead follow-up, and appointment setting. • Proven experience supporting or closing sales and driving conversions. • Proven experience within a marketing or agency environment. • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to identify and address small business pain points. • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and track interactions. • Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus.
